Friends of the Feral Cat is a totally volunteer staffed, unfunded pilot program under the auspices of the Humane Society of Otter Tail County, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  All donations to the FOTFC are tax deductible.

FOTFC adheres to the guidelines established by the Humane Society of the United States in the position statement on TNR: “HSUS advocates community-based Trap-Neuter-Return programs with on-going responsible management as the most viable, long-term approach at this time to reduce feral cat populations.”
